Good first experience.Few minor things. Place was dead quiet. Yet I had to ASK someone to clear out table. It was making me uncomfortable to have the hot stone grill still on the table with my two young children around.Your price point must match your service & let’s be honest prices are not cheap but that’s okay, that’s not the issue. I just want service level to match that.Music Music. Have some music playing. Atmosphere is key.The steak. The stone grill gimmick is played out in my view. Give people an option to have the chef cook it for them.Isn’t that why we go out for dinner ?Don’t get me wrong this place was ace. It has so much potential, our area is crying out for venues like thisPlease read the reviews. Consider feedback. I’m no expert but I know what I like.We’ll be back.

Tried this place for the first time and had high hopes considering the reviews but the actual experience was a significant let down. We ordered Scallops and Crochets for entre. Scallops were bland, absolutely no seasoning and bit under cooked. Crochets we're fine but nothing outstanding. For mains we got a Tenderloin steak on stone grill with Peppercorn and Chimichurri sauce. Steak was fine. Our other option, Lamb Shank wasn't available so ended up getting Seafood pasta which wasn't bad. Both the sauces that we got with the Steak were terrible. Peppercorn sauce tasted putrid. Warning: Do not order that sauce. Service was a bit off (but based on other reviews this seems consistent). First we were given cutlery that was dirty. They swapped it when we pointed it out but there was no apology conveyed. Waitress kept making awkward jokes which we could live without. Was only given steak knives and no cutlery for Entree. So having tender scallops with a big as Steak knife was quite an experience. Worst of all, they brought out entrees and mains almost at the same time which meant there was no room on our table and steak kept cooking and stone grill got cold by the time we got to it. If this was a pub, then a different story but if you are going to charge over $50 for your steak, your service needs to be on point. The Owner/Manager behind the counter didn't seem interested in feedback. One star is for the waitress who had just started working there and was very warm, friendly and caring. The only food item we enjoyed were the roast potatoes that came with the Steak (although we weren't given an option to chose either Fries or Greens). Nice and Crisp and perfectly roasted.

Depends on how fast you eat, U can have one steak from rare till well done. Best steak in the west.

Fantastic. Love this palace and the stone grilled steaks. The dips are awesome as well as the kids menu and parma. Cocktails are also quite nice. Staff are friendly and super efficient, however not as attentive and difficult to flag down once initial order is completed. Well done all round everyone.

Neat place in a slightly funny location.Cheesy garlic bread was great with a lot of very stretchy cheese.The burger was okay, wagyu name is a trap I knew and bought anyway. Bacon and wagyu is a generally bad combination. On the flip side there was a lot of juicy meat and two pieces of bacon.Fries were just okay with some very sour tomato sauce, salad looked nice but compromised by the sad carrots.Service was fairly nice and fast.

De-licious! We had a great time celebrating Mother’s Day here, lovely service with hearty happiness in the food. Dishes were prepared perfectly, candy for the eyes and music for the taste buds.We enjoyed sides of Croquette, Soft Shell Crab Salad, Chips, Mains - Atlantic Salmon, Stone Grill Wagyu Scotch and Wagyu Tenderloin. My only elevation request is for stonegrill dishes to have double or triple the amount of sauce. I often order a second serving of creamy mushroom sauce to help support the entire meal otherwise I’d run out at the halfway mark, the sauce pots are just too small.P.S. please update your website menu to reflect the new prices.

If you want a quick one liner then this place is okay enough, if you want more details than hike on.Food quality: I don't enjoy going out to cook my own food, great gimmick having a piece of hot stone to cook your own steak. I do believe this place is allergic to seasoning, salads had no dressing more than whatever it was washed in, and the roast potatoes with the steak was literally chopped potatoes roasted with no seasoning. The serving size is decent so you'll get a decent feed.Atmosphere: as exciting as a McDonald's, this place has a great opportunity to become one of a kind on the west side, if only they made some thoughts around the use of the space available to them.Service: we were stuck in a back corner hidden away from view, it took a while before anyone came around.I don't plan to return, but that's okay they get plenty of customers so they won't miss me.At the end of the day this is my own opinion, and you will have to experience it for yourself.

Stone grill porterhouse steak, chips, and sauce are well balanced. Had the meal outside the cold but had a heater that made the dining experience more comfortable with good mates.Nice setting and quality food and service would come again.Indoor dining is recommended.Selection of drinks is great.
