I would definitely not recommend this pharmacy if at all possible! Our medications ending up costing $100 more than the same medications in Katherine and Tennant Creek. So ridiculous that the charges were so excessive. The final bill was astounding and do a quick check of previously purchased medications a few weeks before made us realise how much more we had paid.Avoid at all costs.Go to Mt Isa or anywhere in preferenceSuch a rip off

Nice little country chemist but there are serious attitudes held by the young blondes behind the counter. A smile and removal of the massive chip on the shoulder would go a long way

I was roadtrippin Australian when my girlfriend got a very simple urinary tract infection for which she just needed a single dose antibiotic. I am a 29yo doctor from Italy, not registered in Australia, but I always bought antibiotics or medicines both in Australia and around the world showing my registration card. The 3 young (and apparently not very experienced about medicine) did not know the antibiotic I asked for and totally refused to sell us the antibiotic, probably thinking I was cheating about being a doctor (they did not even check my card). Even when they noticed the town's doctor could not see us they did not help us. For law they are not supposed to sell antibiotics without prescription or to doctors not registered in Australia but I don't think it was the real reason.Nice shop anyway
