Fantastic day in the Adelaide Hills, picking Apple's at Lenswood Pick your own Apple's. This place is well organised, with a play area for the kids to enjoy. Also a Cafe for refreshments and the jewel in the Crown, lovely juicy Apple's ready for the picking!

A great apple orchard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. On this day we went, the cafe was not open, and the adult Entry Fee was half price. It's rainy, but many people still come here to pick apples.Seeing the red apples all over the tree, everyone is very excited! We picked apples for more than one hour. We also tasted a few apples, fresh, juicy, sweet, and delicious! We will come again.

A truly beautiful experience. We spent three hours at lenswood picking and eating apples, and playing. My two kids loved it! If you don't want a crowd then I can definitely recommend mid week.

Very good experiences with your loved ones. Would recommend anyone to give it a try as I personally don’t have a lot of opportunities to be able to see an apple tree. Please call to check the operating hours.

We took our 3 boys this morning (13th March) and whilst it was super busy, we had a fantastic time. The line to get in whilst long, didn't take too much time and it was pretty efficiently managed. Car parking was also efficiently managed.Inside the orchard we were able to spread out and find our own spots, so it didn't feel as busy then. A lot of the lower ripe apples had been picked already but we managed to get a lot from slightly higher up; the kids had fun being on dads shoulders to reach them. They loved playing on the tractors and the ice creams we all enjoyed were absolutely divine; you could taste the amazing fresh fruit! Paying for our apples was also a line up but again, not very long and managed well.Overall, we had a wonderful family day out and will definitely be returning!

Brilliant! Delicious and a great experience for the whole family. The entire set up is great from parking, facilities, location and service. The locations is very picturesque. From entering you have a few vintage tractors, cafe etc. You are then handed a picker and can walk through the wide selection of apples. Some people who were more prepared than us had gum boots, which I’d recommend as parts are very muddy (this is in late April mind you post rain. When I say muddy, still not that bad, but definitely enough to warrant going to the effort to bring him boots/ or old shoes. The experience is great. The quality is very high. We picked 5kgs over a period of about 45 mins and with two adults and one kid, it worked out $15 entry and $22 for the apples.I would put this place in the memorable experience category and will be back for sure. I read a few other reviews before writing this one and a few people were complaining about the variety, which I thought was not realistic at all. My thoughts were the available selection was great and more than likely 100% of every type of apple, might not be ready to pick 100% of the time. If this scenario existed, it wouldn’t have the small business, family property vibe/ magic sucked out of it.This is a great family thing to do in a beautiful spot. Even if it was really busy, I believe that this place would still be spacious enough to not have people in your face too. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful family day out. A little bit of a drive through the winter hills of Adelaide, but worth it. Reasonable entry price and a reasonable price per kilogram of apples. thousands of apples to choose from.Staff lovely. Apples easy to access and pick. Will definitely be going back

Many people picking apples at this place. It's a very big area. We can eat whilst we pick apples and put it in our own bag. If you don't want to pick apples, they have also placed red and green apples in a large crate at the entrance for you to choose as well. There's a few types of apples to choose from like fuji or pink lady. There's also a cafe there. A lot of toilet cubicles at this place. Ample parking space. Worth to go. Good place to take photos too. Apples must be weigh for you to pay at the exit point.
