This business used to provide pensioner rates and offered a reasonable value for money service.They have now however scrapped the pensioner discount and are charging one flat rate of $15.00 per haircut.Some of the staff are absolute cowboys with no interest in what they are doing. They literally perform a haircut in a matter of minutes with very little care or consideration for the end result.There is however one female attendant who does take pride in what she does and takes her time to do a proper haircut. The other staff can pump out three or four bad haircuts in the time it takes her to do one good one.I now refuse to use any of the other staff and just wait for the lady to do mine.

All I needed was a no frills hair trim and it was completed in under 5 minutes. Can't ask for much more than that for $15!

No nonsense place.You deposit cash in the machine, ticket comes out with a number on it.Your number will flash on one of the hairdresser screens, make sure you know what you want.And you are out within 15 mins.It's not a fancy haircut salon but something which does the job well, efficient and is good on the pocket.

Very unskilled and rushed hair cut. Not worth $15 at all. Don’t go here at all. There is a reason why everyone is putting low ratings.

Please do not go to this hairdresser! Staff barely even understood me when I told them what haircut I wanted. I told them not to cut my fringe too much. They literally cut all of it. My hair wasn’t even even after that cut. You can’t gat a refund as well. Even if it is *cheap* its really not worth it unless you want to go bald…They also cut the sides way too much and didn’t cut the back, so now I basically have a mullet.If I could give this place 0 stars I would

Worst ever experience. My daughter went there for a trim, it was explained to just trim and clean up the ends. It started well with the person just trimming the ends but then without any word or explanation they took the clippers and clipped across the back halfway between the ends and her scalp cutting off all her beautiful hair. She is devastated. Now I know why you must pay your money into a machine before you have your hair butchered, that's so you can't ask for it back. Very disappointed, and not sure if they are even qualified to cut hair after this experience. I will never go there again.

I read some past reviews and maybe others had a bad experience.. speaking for myself it was good.It’s a great place to get a quick simple style hair cut.. most places these days charge $30 and do the same as what they do at $15.. yes they do it quickly but I don’t see anything wrong with an efficient way of doing something well.. yes they dont engage in “hey how was your day, how are the kids blah blah… “ but they are good with “ I need clipper size 2 on the sides and short on the top “..perhaps not a good option if you are looking at complex hairstyles, but I wouldn’t know. So it’s 5 stars from me.

No need to book with walk-in and pressing to pay cash to ticket machine of $15 for all customers! That is including Seniors Or kids.Services for my long length hair was considered well cut!
