There was a tall, skinny blonde boy who served my in this store. He refused to sell me a phone outright despite admitting they had them in stock.I asked him why and he told me the Manager of the store had instructed the staff they were not to sell phones outright to prepaid customers anymore.I told him that seemed completely ridiculous. I believe that he was trying to pressure me into joining up to a plan which I politely refused multiple times.I ended up buying a phone from JB Hifi, first time optus lost a sale from me in over 20 years.

I wanted to say ‘thank you’ to the lovely young man who helped me today with getting my phone off silent. It is an old fashioned phone and I didn’t think he’d be bothered with it. I am a mature woman and he was so respectful. Just a lovely young man who will go far in this world. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but he knows who he is. A big Thank You once. Jan again.

been waiting 6 weeks for a replacement warrent for a $80 broke phone case... they ordered the wrong one ,told me they reordered it and still won't tell me when it will arrive... the manager Megan is too busy to return any of my calls... call numerous time and was told she'd call me back personally... still nothing...

Dat Opus,I dial 133 937 to activate my NEW sim card. ANJ" the call Centerline lady has been helping me professionally. No drama whatsoever. Very prompt very easy and communicative.I've got a new number straight away great signal good service and love ❤️ the Prepaid EPIC DATA.Highly recommended for customers who love Youtube

Avoid this store at all costs... Poor service from ALL staff INC the manager. The manager walked past twice with no acknowledgment.. RUBBISH OPTUS..

Waste of time going into the shop. The young assistant couldn't help me as there was no manager on duty. Wanted to cancel a service. Didn't have the authority.. Very dissatisfied with the service
