Awesome attitude, awesome knowledge about their products.A pleasure to purchase a couple of bikes from them.Very impressed with the attention the bikes got before we took them away.Appears to me to that they are setting the standard as far as bike shops go.Encouraged to test ride the bikes and then set up for us.A wonderful experience.

New to GET. Excellent service. Wanted beach/city cruisers. They had them in stock. No need to order. The service was great - Roger was patient and listened to what we wanted. Didn’t try to over sell. We purchased two bicycles and accessories on the spot. Will go back when we’re ready to buy the third and fourth bicycles (for our sons who are away).

Great friendly service.I had them replace the hydro brakes on my bike, the cost was pretty reasonable and it made a huge difference, new brakes working so much better than my old ones!Also took my sons bike in for gear adjustment, again great service for a reasonable price, the bike was ready a lot sooner than I had expected.

Being the first specialty bike shop we've encountered for 2,500kms, one would not expect too much, but Geraldton Bikes is extremely well stocked, superbly equipped, and staff Leighton and Liam very responsive, helpful, attentive, and REALLY know their sh*t.Take time to check out their specials" bin too. Fantastic value."

A great shop with exceptionally good customer service. I bought a helmet from these guys for my daughter and we had a problem with one of the straps. I took it back a few months later and they replaced the faulty part in minutes. No fuss, no questions asked and no charge - they just fixed it! Thanks Geraldton Bikes!!!
