I love my recently installed SAV-20 Solar Ventilator. I also choose to include the optional AC/DC Adaptor to exhaust the extra heat after sundown . The temperatures in my house has dropped and it is so much more cooler. The unit is whisper quiet to the point that I barely can hear the fan running. I would recommend to every one.

Unbelievably unprofessional service. Promises made (warranty) are supposed to be promises kept. Never in my 20 years in the insurance building industry have I received such insulting and disrespectful service from Management and staff. The unit breaks after 6 years and their response is to laugh down the phone at us. I'm gob smacked. #thereisnowarranty The staff from Brisbane are so rude and unhelpful. Seems I'm not the only one either, agree with the other comment below THERE IS NO WARRANTY don't be fooled. Dont buy Solar Ark

The motor on my Solar Ark bangs every morning, and it can be heard from down the street. Phoned and sent a video showing the fault, and the company in Brisbane won’t even respond. Customer service is terrible, and there doesn’t seem to be any warranty

We installed the SAV40T in our home just before Christmas and WOW what an AMAZING difference it made to the comfort of our home. We hardly needed to use our air conditioning throughout what was potentially one of the hottest summers we've seen here on the Sunshine Coast in a while. The unit ticked a lot of boxes for us and we can't thank Christian enough for his knowledge, expertise and help. We definitely recommend installing SolarArk in your home or business

Chris and the team at SolarArk have been very helpful with explaining the benefits of of Solar Ventilation system and since installing the system difference has been amazing.
