Always found the people very helpful and they remember your face and look after the locals. This is why I support local shops and find they are competitive in there pricing. At the start of each year they do an excellent job of organising all the books for each grade for all the local schools I have used this service for each of my boys for the last 4 years each time it arrived complete with every product paid for and was good quality not cheap rubbish. I believe the person who wrote the hate note was probably having a bad day or maybe thought he deserved to have his boots polished chill out mate these guys run a couple of newsagents and do a great job.

2% surcharge to add credit to a GO Concession Card! I am a pensioner. I went to this newsagent to recharge my GO Concession Card. They charged me the maximum legal surcharge FOR A CASH TRANSACTION! (2%, the same as for an AMEX transaction [refer to the ACCC]). They did NOT even offer a non-surcharge payment option: according to the RBA, this is illegal.Give this place a miss. Very dishonest.

Wonderful newsagent with very helpful staff! The owner remembers alot of the locals and talks to them like friends. Amazing hidden gem in Redland Bay. Always have what Iam looking for.
