Lack of variety. Patterns fabrics and homewares are fairly outdated and they rarely get new stock in but excellent wool and craft ranges.

The store is clean and staff are friendly. My only issue was that I waited at the counter, not in line, for 15 minutes before someone came to serve me. There is no bell or anything on the desk to let staff know you are there. This would be a very helpful addition.
