Outstanding Service & Product. I recently had a New Pool Built and everyone I spoke to said I needed to heat it so that my family would be able to utilize it for a larger percentage of the year. Dave and the team were excellent from initial contact through to the installation and start up. The job was completed on time and the workman was second to none. Dave went through all the set up and running of the system and ensure all was 100% before leaving. We love the heated pool during the colder months in Brisbane. I would have no hesitation recommending Dave to anyone looking to heat their pool.

David and the team at Australian Pool Heating Services are so lovely and give amazing professional service suppling the highest quality products. Don't go to anyone else for Air-conditioning or pool heating.We got the Madimack Elite Silent 7.3Kw and it is super quiet you have to be standing right next to it to hear it and our pool is 30 degrees. My family love it, especially my 4 and 2 yr old water grandbabies.

We moved into our house, complete with pool and heat pump. The pump would operate occasionally, but it wouldn’t run for long or as per the programming. David had to make two trips, detected a wiring fault, replaced the flow sensor with the correct style and eventually replaced the controller. Since then it has performed flawlessly. On time, rang ahead and easy to deal with. Very happy.

At the initial consultation he seemed very experienced and was able to provide us guidance regarding the right sizing for our pool. Their quote was very competitive and the installation has been carried out professionally.We were most impressed by their customer support. We had an issue with our Mbox after half a year and David came out and fixed the problem right away. Would recommend, if you are looking for someone to install your pool heating!

They replaced an old Astral with a new Madimack pool heater and I could not be happier, the pool is the perfect temp now and I can check its status from my phone.The installation was quick, painless and the area was left clean and tidy, they also removed and disposed of the old heater.Would highly recommend their services!
