I recently purchased a laptop charger from this company and was blown away by their exceptional customer service. Not only did they reply to my email promptly, but they also went above and beyond by providing me with a free adaptor to connect my charger to the socket. This level of care and attention to customer satisfaction is truly admirable and sets this company apart from the rest. Ignore the good reviews, these guys are scammers. Bought a laptop battery online from them, trusting their integrity, shouldve known that it was dodgy when they put the 'do not remove or void refund' sticker over the certification, and all of the certification and serial numbers where '000'. Pretty obviously dodge but thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Crashed my laptop randomly, usually within an hour of use, power countdown varies wildly from 10 hours to 10 minutes and back again. Now I'm out like $200 because their dodgy item return policy is within 48 hours of delivery, most people won't even open a package within that time let alone immediately install.p.s. attached photos to show that it doesnt even match the pic on their website.p.s.s. if you want to apologise feel free to email or reply here, stop calling me multiple times a day and not leaving messages.

Service beyond compareMy order from Australia Post went missing". The staff at IT Super Store couldn't have been more helpful. Australia Post insisted that the package was delivered but I had not received it. In the end the store owner realised that I had typed my address incorrectly. I was able to retrieve my item from the recipient neighbour

This guy knows exactly what he is doing. I could not remove the tiny little screws on my harddrive. I took it to four other stores and they quoted $75 just to remove the screws. This guy did it in like five minutes and charged me only $10. He knew exactly what was needed. Legend!

He fixed many other important things even without asking for it. Super helpful. Service was great. Had several issue with a laptop that required a new battery. Although the LP continued to have further issues not worth repairing, the store owner was happy to return the battery.
