Come here today to sell some watchesThey were Rude, not friendly , didn't look or open the watch boxes. The person serving us said we can't take the item go to a different cash converters store thier is one 10 min drive away.The cash converters was very small and was not very assabible to get into.WE WILL NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN

I'm not super into the whole short term loan side of things, but the video game section for semi modern games is good and the prices are really low for some great games. The online click and collect is also really smooth and managed well.

I occasionally sell jewellery here and have usually received polite and helpful customer service from a large, dark haired middle aged man who I believe may be named Nick (working in the buying dept). Today I was served in the buying dept by a solidly built, middle aged woman with dark dyed hair and a slight accent, whose demeanour was abrupt and surly in demanding to see my driver's licence even before examining my items and providing me a with buying price .... because she did not want to waste her time". Although she became a little less curt by the end of the transaction

Never be tempted by being offered a high loan amount against your goods by this store. The management at this store will try everything to discourage you from picking up your goods even if you want to pay the principal and interest and have your goods back. This is as they will sell your goods at a retail price of double the money they lent to you. They will use excuses such as your loan is one day overdue so you must pay another month's interest at 35%

Went here today to return a faulty product. They took it back and gave me new one without any issue. The shop assistant (Adam) was bloody amazing. The staff behind the counter (chick with a blonde fringe and guy with bright red hair) were friendly and cool. All round top experience,Thanks.

These guys are right there with Geelong Cashies, although smaller they do have some pretty brilliant vintage gear like right now those Nintendo Game & Watch handhelds or the Reebok Pumps! I regret having not bought those MASK vehicles sets some 5 years ago sigh...
