A price driven visit as I could not ignore an 11c/L difference. Nice & friendly staff. Wasn't too busy when I filled the car.

i have done business with Trevor for years now. You can always tell the true professionals - they are an open book & spend a lot (too much) of their time helping you.

Had a quick job which this guys managed to fit in same day, they got it done but then set me a ridiculous bill for the time spent. On querying was met by a very rude and confrontational reply. Wouldn’t recommend unless desperate.

Great staff and good prices on fuel

Horrible experience. The mechanics there have no safety concerns for the driver. Went there first time for car service and a broken side mirror because a friend’s recommendation. Agreed that the mirror cannot be fixed on the same day because of needing to order the glasses but will glue it at least the rest of the cracked mirror won’t have pieces falling while I am waiting for the supply. The mechanic took off the whole mirror without any substitute when I returned to retrieve it and told me ‘he was just doing what he was told because he was told if he couldn’t repair it then just remove it all. Completely unacceptable to me. I didn’t ask to repair it by glueing back the broken pieces. I don’t know why there was a difference from what I’ve discussed with the first mechanic but I go to have my car serviced for a safer driving. I could still see most of reflection through the cracked mirror before but now I have to drive without one till it’s replaced. The mechanic glued back the biggest piece he removed because I told him I need at least something to see the side. The first mechanic just wouldn’t care what’s going on basically when I got to speak to him again next day. Apparently, they couldn’t care any less about what their customers’ experience as well as their driving safety.

Excellent customer service and great communication whilst my vehicle was with them to advise of costs and completion time . Very impressed with the prompt service and reasonable price. Will definitely be recommending to others.
