Came here for iMac repairs, instead they quoted exactly what the computer was worth, claiming there were motherboard issues (without even looking at the motherboard) and then tried desperately to sell a new Mac instead of repairing.

Worst computer company ever. We had to get someone else to fix the problems they caused. Our small business had no computer for 10 days, someone else fixed in a few hours. Now they won’t let us leave, telling us we are locked in for 12 months. How can you make someone stay when you cannot fix a simple problem and make it worse

Left on hold for over 30 minutes, then told they couldn't help me until Monday due to they closed in and hour after I called back a second time and wanted $130 if it was software and not a faulty hardware, harddrive is $168 new, you tell me what's wrong with this sale pitch. Harddrive is less then a year old.

Pleasent knowledgeable staff willing to help out if they can before booking your item in and therefore saving you money and time. Seems to be a very professional business. I bought my laptop from them at a competitive price and use them on the occasional time I need to have my computer serviced. They are also authorised Apple dealer and repairer.

Do not use this company for Apple repairs! Even though they say they are Apple Certified, they do not know what they are doing. I am covered by Apple Care and was advised that Apple Care would only cover $400 worth of repairs and I would have to pay $1200 out of my pocket for water damage repair which would be the price of a whole new laptop. I then took my laptop to Apple Sydney and was told this is not true and it was the opposite and would only have to pay $400 service fee and Apple Care would cover the rest of the repair. You are better to send your Apple device to Sydney for repairs!!!

Just had Michael fix my computer. He is friendly knowlegeable and efficient. Most importantly he helped me with the repair understanding my budget. I would absolutely recommend them! And will be taking all my computer business to them.

Awful service. Was booked and recommended by apple over the phone. Of no help. They shouldn’t be in business. Not friendly. Rude and could not assist me with a solution. Went elsewhere and had it fixed straight away. Had to do my own homework. Drove 1.5 hours to be treated like the above.
