Regal Nails

Only go here if you’re really desperate. Had my acrylics removed and one of my nails was injured as it got cut too short. The technician then proceeded to file it and I displayed I was in pain. No apology or care. Technician was also going between me and another customer’s feet without sanitising or wiping their hands and had very dirty hands. Left with my nails looking scratched and peeled.

I have been going to Regal Nails for years for fantastic service. Linda is always happy, always smiling, very efficient & her nails are great value for money. I have been elsewhere for nails since moving away & have then had to go to Linda to have them fixed. I am happy to drive down from Mount Barker just to get my nails done as Regal Nails is fantastic.

Absolutely terrible. I got acrylic full set, she honestly doesn't know how to do nails, not even shaped properly, uneven length, i had to go home and fix it myself. I even told her myself to do certain things as I was not happy with it, still she didn't bother to correct her mistakes. I highly recommend to avoid this place as much as you can. Disappointed.

Worst set of acrylics I’ve had in 5 years. All the nails are different shapes, some tips have jagged edges, polish on the nails is streaky, excess nail polish on my fingers which I now have to peel off and several bleeding cuticles. Rude staff who refused to fix my nails because “they’re fine” and they were “out of time” despite the store being empty??? Avoid.

Nail technician's are all friendly and they focus on detail. I feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommended REGAL NAILS.

Got my nails done here. Was a terrible experience and I had to get them redone elsewhere.Is this place some kind of money laundering front? Perpetually empty.

If you want to be in pain, have damaged nails and be treated like your nails aren’t important then go to this place. Who would have thought that extensions removal can go so wrong! I was desperate to get them removed so just hopped in. My natural nails were drilled all the way down to the point they were hurting. She give zero care to my nails and literally did a 5 seconds buff and 5 seconds cut- can literally still see the residual on my nails. When asked to do it nicely, she said no. Refused a top coat. And she went on to another walk in customer.I’m now left with nails all the way to my flesh and in pain. This is the worst nail experience ever.

I called and asked if anyone was available for just a paint and design. She told me to come in straight away. I get there and it’s just one nail tech and an empty salon. I ask for the design and she says oh she doesn’t have time. I said then why did you say for me to come in. She said she can do basic designs and I pick from their own examples. She complains. Then says she doesn’t have foil. Then said she can do basic ones. I ask for some lines she goes meh idk. So I left. She clearly just didn’t want to do the nails for whatever reason. Stated it’s busy yet I was the only one there and if she had other clients coming that quickly she shouldn’t have asked to drive in and waste my time

Did not personally like the way my nails turned out. The tips did not stick on properly and gave my nails a weird shape and lift to them, dirt was also able to get stuck under my nails. Staff were really nice though.

The owner operator is pleasant enough, but is stingy as Hell!! I asked for SNS, she only applied two small dips and said 'not do thick, thin natural'. So even after instructing her politely to do my nails to my usual standard (I'm not expecting miracles), the woman ignored me and I left being able to see my own nails through my polish. The polish began to chip after 3/4 days, which in 4yrs of SNS has never happened to me. Don't bother with this place, unless you're desperate!!
