Jen was incredible, and I can't wait to go back! She was professional, kind, and meticulous, and my nails look stunning. 10/10.

Jen was an absolute delight! She was incredibly professional and my feet feel amazing. I loved the treatment, her advice, and the overall experience. Our chat was also fantastic, as she is such a delightful young woman.

Love getting my nails done at J Beauty Bar in Bundy. Each time I get my nails done for a special occasion - everyone comments how GORGEOUS my nails look! I have short, stubby nails that spend days in the garden yet the girls can make my nails look stunning. God know how LOL.. But yes, always going to get my nails done here :)

I visited a couple of weeks ago, and I truly enjoyed the service I received. It was unlike any other nail salon I have been to before. The staff didn't rush through anything and were very gentle. The girls who did my nails and the owner were also very nice and welcoming.

Terrible service. Terrible customer service. I paid over a $50 deposit for 2 luxury pedicures (for a very special occasion) for my friend and I more than a week in advance. I made a booking, even rang back to double check they understood that I only had the hour (school pickup) and that I wanted my friend next to me as it was an anniversary of a death and that I needed the support as I don’t usually do things for myself like this can, they assured me that they understood. We showed up 5 mins early to be told to wait; which was fine, we waited nearly 30mins and was met with rude staff & the inability to meet our appt needs, then when questioned as our seating next to eachother was also met with rudeness and unkindness as if I was a big inconvenience. I wasn’t given a chance to reply only told “you want pedicure or not” they already had my deposit, I felt trapped and super emotional as it was, no luxury pedicure was done, but a very quick, tacky one. I left late to pick up my kids from school, with below average nails and not so much as an apology, my shellac even peeled off of my nails a little over a week later. This was by far the worst pedi/ booking experiences I have ever had and on one of the worst days of the year for me, even with the right amount of communication on my end it made no difference, I’m not one to complain but this was Absolutely terrible.
