Ryan Starkie… was assigned to me under a 102na.Delayed meetings at a cafe with poor excuses’ s. when he suggested I lie in paper work I refused and he did not like it… i returned home to forward some requested information to him via email and proceeded to call him to notify him of the information has been sent. In this phone call he asked me why I threatened him and his peers with a sledge hammer’ … this did not happen and have given Ryan numerous opportunities to resolve this personal conflict with no success.
