Love getting my dermapen and peel treatments done with Jess at Freo clinic. She’s very thorough and talks through the process step by step which makes me feel good about it and I know what to expect.I love seeing the results - my skin has never felt so good before. Simply amazing! X

I came here for my first lip injection and had a really good experience. Nurse Claire was really helpful and made sure I knew everything I had to know before, during and after the procedure. The other staff were also very patient when my Afterpay was having issues which made me feel so comfortable. I’m looking forward to coming again! :)

I just had my first Dermapen treatment here. The staff are very professional and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable straight away and the after care was explained well. I've purchased a pack and I feel very happy to make this my go to skincare clinic. Thanks ladies.

i would like to state a horrible situation i suffer in this clinic, i went there a few months ago for a laser appointment, i been doing laser for more than a year already and i had never have a bad reaction on my skin, but somehow this time was terrible, the same day i went for the appointment at night time i start to feel very uncomfortable, my legs were super itchy and some red dots start to appear, i use the post laser treatment which wasn’t helping at all, went back to the clinic and the girl said it was totally normal but if it didn’t disappear in a few days i could go back and they will fix it. After around a week my legs were still itchy and full of red dots everywhere, went again and the manager was there this time and she told me that it was normal that she had similar reaction when she had laser done that i shouldn’t worry because i didn’t have any white points on my skin, so it means that they didn’t burnt my skin (now i realice that i do have white marks on my legs) so it would be fine soon, after 2 weeks of my legs full of red dots still i went back there and the girl who was there said that she will put LED light on my legs and that will help which it actually did i end up with less red dots but the marks were still there, next day the manager of the clinic call me saying that if i still had red dots i should go to my GP because it wasn’t normal that last so long, but at the same time saying the reaction was completely normal, she never gave me any solution more that i should go visit a doctor. If it was so normal the reaction why should i go to visit a doctor? Didn’t make any sense went back again because i had a few treatments already purchased and talk again with her she took a few pictures of my legs because i asked for my money back from the rest of the treatments obviously i don’t want to have any treatment ever again there, she said she will fill a petition but haven’t heard back from her in about 3 weeks, i’m super upset with this situation because i still have marks on my legs and i do have white marks, so they did burnt my skin. I’m honestly very disappointed at the way they manage all the situation the way i was treated on the phone by the manager basically blaming meBecause somehow was my fault and i needed to go see a doctor?? I also went to other laser clinic and explain this to the girl there and she told me that in her experience they definitely burned my skin… please don’t do any treatment here, don’t risk your skin

Had Lee for my laser hair removal today such a lovely person to chat to and always makes me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend Lee if you’re going in for a laser treatment.

I have been so impressed with Clear Skincare Fremantle. Amazing service, good prices and fantastic results. I have been delighted with the results from laser and my facials! The staff are also super knowledgeable and tell you everything you need to know for best results. The only downside is that I didn't find them sooner! Keep up the good work girls! xx

Amazing service’! I just had my first lip filler appointment wth the beautiful Claire and wow what an experience. She was so kind and helpful with the whole experience and even called me the day before as I has some questions and concerns. Would definitely rec out his place! lovely clean facility with amazing staff! Thanks again claire!!
