Ordered tonight as a replacement meal as I had Covid via Door Dash. I normally do my own Roast on mothers day but am restricted to my room. Food arrived cold, I rang the store and specifically requested the pumpkin be isolated as my wife is allergic to it from the rest of the food, it wasnt, Pork crackel was rubber like and taste less. Also forgot the Potato scallop I ordered. It was really disappointing. When I rang the store back I got Sorry we cannot fix it now thru door dash, I do something later, Again I am a paying customer, Almost $100 I spent. I took my complaint to door Dash, They only offered me a 40% refund... Again both disappointing and wont return or recommend it to anyone.

Peas are from a can, meat is dry, pumpkin was burnt and the gravy tastes weird. I ordered a roast meal for two (which is the same price as two singles) and they felt the need to charge an extra $4 for half pork and half beef. Why? Poor quality and will never buy from here ever again.

Lady used the pork that was already cut and dried in warmer. The crackle was soft. Not the friendliest lady. Look like she didn't want to be there. When I pay eight dollars for a pork roll I expect it to be cut fresh. They weigh the pork they put on the roll too. Will not be going back, was going to enquire about catering for a function coming up but be giving this place a miss. Sorry for negativity, but at prices of takeaway today you expect quality.

Bought the chicken and chips chicken was very dry and doesnt look freshly cook the chips taste burnt and very salty first time my family tried it and never going back again.

First and last time going here. Bought 2 rolls, one beef, one pork. Both were bone dry and the 'crackling' was just a strip of rind, not even worthy of feeding to the pets.Hygiene and presentation aren't biggies I'm tipping. Considered buying a dessert but looked up close and they're just shoveled into containers like slop.

went there with my partner yesterday and got two roast packs one beef and one pork, the food didn’t taste right and we stopped eating and pork was completely dry and the beef was completely dry and left half our food there. The scalloped potatoes did not taste right and felt instantly sick, the pees were an off green colour and looked like they were sitting there for ages and the gravy was watery.Experienced food poisoning symptoms have run to the bathroom to vomit over 4 times and my gastro won’t stop right on New Years. Partner is feeling extremely sick aswell and we are still in bed! Please avoid and make your own roast this holiday season

Chips were so salty I had to throw them out, and the pork was dry. Inedible meal and this place has gone down hill a lot!
