Shopping for a pair of casual slacks today, had no success or service from any other men's fashion stores at Galleria. Walked into the Tony Barlow store and was approached by Juan asking if he could be of any assistance. Tony Barlow manager, you have a top salesperson in Juan. Not only did he know his products but he was courteous, friendly, had a lovely sense of humour, and was an absolute delight. Juan gets top marks from both me and my partner. Hang on to this one Tony Barlow, young men like Juan are very few and far between!!

Went into this shop expecting the same as I always get looking for a full suit... i was pleasantly shocked when Mike sized me up perfectly only to turn to the tape at the end for the final fitting.. this not only shows me many years of experience but a true master in his his trade. Left with a perfect suit, tie and shirt all in time for a wedding I had to attend.. highly recommend this store and Mike for all your suit needs...

Waiting waiting to open sign says back in 15 minutes. Person arrives 9:15am I ask her what time is the shop opening her reply was when I am ready waiting waiting waiting ended up leaving at 9:35 as I couldn’t hang around waiting waiting any more disgusted
