This company is a joke!Their customer service is patronising and they don’t listen to you!I was clearly explaining that the replacement part they suggested and I paid over $100 for was the WRONG PART!They didn’t care that I had wasted MY hard earned money to fix a washing machine that is UNDER EXTENDED WARRANTY!!They did nothing to fix the situation!!What an absolute joke of a company!!DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!!

Purchased a fridge from Appliances Online 22/06/2017. 3 breakdowns in 4 year with repair times all more than 10 days. Very slow (days or even weeks) customer service response via email. The most recent breakdown October 2021 Electrolux stated in an email if the problem was a manufacturing fault there would be no charge. At the end of the repair they made my tenant pay on the spot which was very upsetting to them, and we were not advised beforehand. After this repair I have politely asked Electrolux to comply with “Reasonable durability” as per there responsibility under Australian Consumer law and refund the repair cost which they have not as of this review. An poor quality product and unethical company to deal with from my experience. Will never considered Electrolux again after this experience, suggested you do the same.

Don't buy the extended warranty it's a scam I've had my dryer fixed twice 3rd time it stopped working I wanted a replacement the come and checked without putting a load in and cause it worked for 5 minutes it don't need to be fixed didn't put anything in the dryer to test it just waisted my time and money worst company go elsewhere please learn from my mistake

Moved into a new build on 27/03/20. As per warranty recommendations, we only clean the surface of our Westinghouse gas stove top with a cloth & hot water but only 3 months later, we started noticing surace.We have contacted the Supplier and they referred us to Electrolux/Westinghouse. Electrolux's representative told us that this tends to happen with houses that are coastal. We live more than 10km away from the nearest beach and 2km from Lake Macquarie, so we dont accept that excuse. Electrolux have also tried to put surface rust down to owner maintenance and we do not accept this, having followed cleaning directions and only having the product for 3 months.Electrolux have advised before we send a repairman out, we need to troubleshoot and use rust removal. I have advised, happy to do so but it will be at their costs. Electrolux have refused to cover that cost and although it may be minimal, it is the principle that any issues with a faulty product is covered under warranty.After lodging a complaint through NSW Fair Trading, Electrolux finally agreed to replace the aluminium cover of the gas stove.

Mediocre products and worst customer service support ever. I won't recommend any products from this company rather spend more to get better quality and better customer service support. Company needs to invest more on their services... it is seriously pathetic.

Worst customer service in the world bar none. Wait on the line for 40mins to be told you'll get a call back that never happens. Useless products that are faulty before even leaving the warehouse.Your company is going under and losing more money than its making? Haha big surprise.

Our two year old WHE6000SA fridge failed to stay cold within warranty. Numerous repairman trips, replacing parts, each time requiring us to go without a fridge for days (the repairmen were very good, friendly and professional). Once outside warranty, failed again to stay cold, they agreed to replace but only if we paid $600. We pointed out our ACL consumer rights for major failure of a major item. They came down to $300, but we don’t believe we should pay anything under Australia’s Consumer Laws. A week going back and forth, always to a different person, always a long time to get through. Eventually, out of frustration, we contacted the Good Guys (our original retailer, who’s website said to contact them if not happy with manufacturer’s response) agreed to recompense us the $300 (Five Stars to Osborne Park Good Guys). Infuriating that we have to go through this process, then Westinghouse/Electrolux said a THIRD company would be in touch to supply the fridge and couldn’t tell us when. Meanwhile, of course, we have no fridge. There are enough reviews here to suggest this is standard operating procedure so, in my opinion, don’t take the after-sales risk with Westinghouse/Electrolux, even if the price and features are better.
