Sussex Taps

Beware! The brass finish will tarnish within a day. It would have been great if Sussex had made this clear before having us wait two months to send our taps. We paid a premium for this sub-par product and we’re only offered a portion credit, not even a refund.

The customer service if you have an issue with Sussex tap ware is fantastic. An issue with a leaking tap was fixed within a few days of customer service knowing I was having issues with their product. They offer a few years warranty with service and up to 15 years product replacement which is reassuring.

After waiting sooooooo very long for my tapware to turn up, it has finally been installed and looks amazing. I would have given 5 stars only we had to wait so long and it caused many issues with the Plumber.Worst Company Ever....... I wouldnt recommend buying anything from this company.. I have waited more than 18 weeks for my tapware.. its so frustrating... taps were sent out wrongly and now have to wait another 4 weeks or more for them to correct there mistake... not good enough.. I think I have been more than patient.. with nothing to show for it.... Not worth the headache guys..

The product is really rubbish, the handle mixer keep falling and damage my shower base within the warranty period. Called the company there is no after sale service at all. Keeping denying problem. Terrible experience with this company. I guess it may disappear soon in the market if a company do not care about the repulsion. Do not recommend at all!!!

Love Sussex Taps. Used the Living Tumbled Brass Finish and they patina off so nicely over time, it's exactly the organic look I was looking for in my new renovation. I love their sustainability ethos too, and love to support Australian Manufacturing!

We chose Sussex taps and fittings for our main bathroom renvation after our designer recommended them and it has been nothing but a nightmare. Firstly the taps took 16 weeks to arrive and held up the renovation, and then our plumbers opened the boxes to install taps only to find they had sent us disassembled taps ie. none of the taps have a locking nut or thread attached and cannot be installed. On top of that there was thread damage on one of the spindles which needs to be replaced. We are now having to send them back to have them retro fitted with the correct parts and have been told it will take 4 weeks. How they will do this without scratching or damaging the taps I don't know so if there is any damage we will then be forced to have new taps sent out which is another 16 weeks on top of the 4 weeks we will already be waiting to see if they are successful at fixing the issue. So potentially an additional 5 month delay on the reno. To say we are both furious and devastated is an understatement. This company markets itself as a high end tap company yet this is the service they offer? How these taps got through quality control I fail to understand. I am beyond over it now and wish my designer had never recommended this range to us in the first place. For others thinking about this range, please please spare yourself the pain and go with another company.

Their taps are awesome - we’ve had the Scala (satin) through the whole house for over 10 years. 4 bathrooms. Laundry & kitchen. Never a single issue with any of them. They’re still as stylish as they were when we bought them.

We’ve been super unfortunate to have hired a run away builder who’s taken our money and left us with 50% of a bathroom and powder room with all incorrect plumbing. We had to change our original shower rail order from Sussex’s Milli brand to a custom one due to the builder’s screw up and what has been an extremely stressful last 2 months, has been made SO much better thanks to beautiful Sonia from Sussex! Sonia has gone above and beyond to ensuring we get the right custom rail that works back with the incorrect plumbing that was installed and the suggestion she’s made works great and looks devine. We couldn’t recommend Sonia at Sussex enough! The care, the attention to detail and the effort she put into making our bathroom disaster better, was next to none. Thank you Sonia! We look forward to working with you for our future projects!

We have Sussex taps throughout our new build and they are great quality and look fantastic, we always get comments on our kitchen tap from visitors. We were also thrilled to be helping a Melbourne based manufacturing business.

DO NOT BOTHER BUYING FROM THEM!! Not worth the head ache of after sales service and just incompetence. My trade experience was pretty much identical to Melina P - badly designed product that flew off and damaged the brand new bath during fitoff. Months to get them to take responsibility and replace. Then the replacement was wrong and damaged. Then 3 months to replace the replacement and then lost with the courier, not followup, delayed the plumber to reinstall twice, wouldn’t followup with the courier to find the product after no delivery for a week. No idea of customer service.
