Installing our pool cover best decision we've made. Use pool all year round, and in central Vic with extreme of heat and cold, uses very little water, chemicals and stays so clean, no dust, leaves and wind blown debris. Cannot recommend any higher, love it, and Marcus and the guys are great to deal with. Very happy customer.

Daylesford in regional Victoria can get extremely cold as well as having shorter summers. So the decision to get a pool and spa was one not made lightly given the initial money outlay required. TPEC Pool Enclosures sealed the deal for us.Not only does it allow us to use the pool and spa all year round, and I mean all year round, it also keeps the pool and spa garden debris free. Especially as the pool and spa are located directly under our neighbour's huge oak tree. This means less maintenance which means more time spent in the pool and spa. A win/win end result.I recommend TPEC enclosures to anyone and everyone who has a pool. Although, they are not a cheap product they are fit for purpose and a well made product. Being in the building industry for well over a decade I have dealt with subcontractors and suppliers of various trades but never have I dealt with a company that has been such a pleasure to deal with from initial briefing, quotation stage, production and delivery. I was made certain assurances at contract signing that were all delivered in full. My design issues were all addressed and dealt with and treated seriously. I was given consultation in regards to product selection and I was kept involved during the entire process.I cannot praise the team lead by Marcus enough for the delivery of a product that has enhanced the look of my property, increased its value and made an outdoor rarely used pool usable all year round.Unlike many suppliers once the final payment has been made you don't hear back from them but I have confidence that if any issues arose the team at TPEC would address them immediately.The process for me was enjoyable and I appreciated that the senior members of the company remained constant throughout the process. Having the company owner present during my installation along with the Project Manager I felt installation was being managed and perfected before being deemed complete.I strongly recommend TPEC to other prospective buyers and in this case you get what you pay for, a quality product with European design and resolve and a professional team to manage its delivery.

The TPEC pool enclosure was one of the most successful elements of our pool build. Four years on and I still show it to visitors! It means an outdoor pool in summer, yet an indoor pool in winter. That flexibility alone made it worthwhile, not to mention far more cost-effective than a fixed building. And to all those people who spend time fishing leaves out of their pools, well I never do, because they don't get in there. I really can't imagine ever having a pool without one of these now - it's just so easy.

I first knew about the pool enclosure from Czech. The total enclosure protects the pool from all elements of weather all year round. I had a specific design and I love it. TPEC in Melbourne helped us to overcome a common but difficult problem encountered by a lot of swimming pool owners. I used to spend hours each weekend cleaning up our pool because it was awash with fallen leaves, twigs and fruit from trees in our neighbours backyard. The fruit was particularly more damaging because of difficult to remove stains that they left behind at the bottom of the pool.TPEC built us a pool enclosure that has not only stopped tree debris getting into our pool, they have created a truly beautiful enclosure which has significantly added value to our home. Marcus at TPEC went over and above to help us with information, advice and even a demonstration prior to making our decision to get an all-weather pool cover. TPEC custom designed the cover to suit our individual needs including a hand rail for disability access, and various access points. The entire crew on site to complete the install were professional and friendly. The cover itself extended our pool usage in the first few months. Would definitely recommend to anyone with a pool!

One of the best investments I've made on my property & the quality it is simply stunning! You can tell it's European. After the initial lead-time, I recently had my pool enclosure installed. Not only did the guys at TPEC deliver on their promises, the enclosure itself is just out of this world. I deliberated over my options with my pool, and now in hindsight I am chuffed with the result, it has exceeded my expectations by some margin. It is a fantastic product, I don't have the pool maintenance headaches anymore and I can use the pool whenever it suits me. Just a great solution overall.
