Shannon installed a gas line to our BBQ.We called him the week before Christmas and he was on holidays. The week after New Year he called us, made an appointment & showed up on time. Shannon has been such a pleasure to deal with! He explained the process of a new septic, the trenches and plumbing works so I could understand, and also helped me complete and submit the council paperwork. Any question I had was answered courteously.He also helped with upgrading our kitchen tap and shower head to better units, and also upgraded our gas bottle connectors.Thankyou so much Shannon for all of your work. I had an issue with a grease trap that needed refurbishment. Shannon is the only plumber to return calls and quote a job no one else wanted. Shannon turned up on time and carried out all the work with minimum fuss and to quality specs. I won't be using anyone but Shannon for any future jobs requiring expert attention.

Shannon did a great job. He modified plumbing for a new sink and dishwasher, changed over gas from single to double bottle and fixed a smashed downpipe. Shannon is extremely friendly and knowledgable and was more than happy to go the extra mile to make sure the job was done right the first time. I will definitely be calling on Shannon again to do more work for me in the future.

Shannon was very courteous, and advised me on the best way to approach my problems with an aging copper pipe system to my relocatable home.He removed an old water heater with the new one in really good time and replaced some of the pipes with new ones and new fittings.Thanks Shannon for a great job, I was extremely stressed about it but once Shannon had a look and fixed everything I was very happy.I have already recommended him to other friends should they need any plumbing job seen to.Thanks so much.

I would definitely highly recommend Scooper Plumbing. My kitchen sink and dishwasher were not draining and if not fixed would have caused flooding in the house. Shannon identified the problem. The overflow relief gully pipe had been capped off and concreted over with a path when the house was initially build. He removed some of the concrete, located the pipe then re-concreted around it. His efficiency, neat and tidy workmanship and price was very appreciated. Thank you from the Happy Housewife
