Excellent service and plush carpets.Walked in to enquire about replacing my home carpets. Danny was friendly and forthcoming about carpet options and even encouraged us to take home a sample to compare. He gave a prompt measure and quote and gave me plenty of time to decide.His quote was reasonably priced and he managed to get the best deal from the suppliers for me. I was impressed with the team's speedy carpet removal, delivery and installation. Happy with plush carpets and great service. Will recommend EFS over the bigger carpet companies that never call back or take ages to respond.

Danny from Eastern Flooring Solutions provided me with fantastic customer service. The overlooking service provided was great and at a reasonable price. He also recommended the Bona Spray Mop for my hardwood floors. This mop is amazing, it cleans the floors like no other mop and does not leave the floors wet or with any marks. I highly recommend Eastern Flooring Solutions.

I have used Eastern Flooring previously and they were the only company I called when I needed more carpets, based on our previous experience.Danny has taken over the business and I was a bit unsure at first, but after speaking with Danny, I was quickly at ease. We were seeking new carpets in a short timeframe. Danny's customer service is excellent. He was very easy to work with and he accommodated all of my requests. We are very happy with our recent experience with Eastern Flooring Solutions. Danny was very helpful with the sales process, explaining different styles and told us we would need a lighter colour than what we were thinking. He gave us a lot of samples to take home and we could see that he was right about the colour. The two guys that came to do the install were very friendly, worked hard and did a good job.
