Western MG

Hate that it had to come to this, but i took my brand new car for its first 1000k service and they were swapping a head light. When i picked it up i noticed that it has been scratched i reviewed my dash cam recordings and found the mechanic who was being super sneaky and looking around trying to see if anyone was looking and tried to scrub off the scratches with a cloth. On the left hand side when he didn't succeed he kept on starring at the car, scratching his head like he was confused and walked off.Now yes you might think they are just scratches but i worked so hard to buy this car and for it to be damaged by someone else i was devastated. As soon as i seen the damage on the car which was 20 mins after i had picked it up i call western MG and spoke to a lovely man who told me that everyone had gone home and that i should send through the footage and photos and call western Nissan tomorrow morning since that is where MGs get serviced and thats exactly what i did. I call back the next day and the man i spoke to was not there and in fact finished working there, so i get transferred to the lady that took his place at Nissan Emma who was the most rudest person i've ever spoken to trying to tell me that im lying and that the footage is not good enough and was extremely rude and unprofessional, this goes on for weeks because every-time i tried to call they were telling me that she wasn't in or that she would call me back, then when she finally answered the phone she said that she still doesn't believe what happen but she's happy for me to bring my car in and get it fixed which i refused because i did not have any trust in bringing my car in so i took it to a family trusted panel shop. MG refused to pay the bill and tried to make me happy" by offering a free service i was mortified that they wouldn't even try an help after me and my family had recommended so many friends and this is what i had to experience im absolutely devestated and honestly will not bring my car in ever again."

I’m satisfied with MG customer service. Especially, Steven Khuu who was explained everything so clearly and extremely helpful to me. I was back home with the contract and got my HS car very quick and easy.I’m highly recommended Steven Khuu and his team to my friends if they look for a MG car.

If your looking at buying a brand new car and want someone who is going to be open and transparent and not just sell you anything, I highly recommend Western MG out in Caroline Springs. The whole team is amazing and have the best customer service out, however, if you want top notch service ask for Steven. He was amazing start to finish! We were on waiting list for brand new MG was told we would have to wait for at least 6 months. Steven saw and opportunity for us and we were able to get our brand new car within 2months. He was so easy to deal with and made the whole process of buying a new vehicle so easy. Thank you Steven for going above and beyond for us we appreciate you!!.
