Great company. We purchased a car through a dealer in Brisbane and needed it delivered to Central QLD. They recommended Dynamic Car Carrying and we received a very reasonable quote.Unfortunately the truck broke down (nothing that anyone could have helped). But they resolved the issue in record time and were really accommodating in getting our car to us as quick as possible as we had sold our other car and have little humans in tow. Very professional. The driver was great at keeping in touch and was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend

Damaged my near new Mercedes 220d front bumper new car plate and plate holder, delivered fully dirty , car mat was fully dirt like muddy . Not at all recommended,Please do not send any good car with them they will make it damage and blame everyone finally they won’t cover anything, the guys in cairns said they can’t do anything I need to get refund from dynamic but they are displayed there boards . Very bad service .

I use to have a account with then years ago I have decided to call and ask for a quote they could not find my name in the system as soon he did not find my name he put the phone down never asked me if I want open a account or if a had car yard nothing, no question asked , this people have no idea how to do business. I called again because I could not understand why he put the phone down and he said no account no business I even offered pay on spot but again he just ignored me

I first was told my new car would be arriving on the 1st July - this was subsequently changed to the 8th July. I took a day off work so I could be here when the car arrived. Nicholas from Hyundai Townsville had reassured me the car would arrive on the 8th and that I would be contacted by the car company. Well no such contact was made and on Saturday there was also no contact and no car.I tried leaving a text message with this company who did not answer their phone but the text message was not delivered; I guess in this day and age the company is living in the past.

Wonderfully surprised my vehicle arrived sooner than expected from Cairns to Brisbane and they didn't charge a lot to have a suitcase inside the vehicle, we were promptly notified as well as promptly provided a quote when I was shopping around.
