Return made very difficult with a dress that had shrunk, had purchased 2 of the same and with only one accepted back. Now I have washed the second dress and guess what it shrunk too! I now have to return back with the second dress!

Absolutely disgusted in Rockmans removing Afterpay from there store . I have been a customer for many years spending thousands in store I have a large walk in robe full of there clothing I must say that the staff today where very sorry and couldn’t apologise enough . I won’t be back to spend another cent in your store BIG MISTAKE and I won’t be buying online either ,,!,,

Horrible shop. Rude manager and not at all helpful. Happy to take your money but due to new policy no refund only store credit. No mention at the time of sale of store credit only. Of course was told sure you can bring it back. Shame I can’t give zero stars.

Disgusting behaviour today at The Morayfield store, tried to return jeans and they now have a new policy that they shoved into my face and told me “GO FOR GOLD” we can’t refund your purchases, instore credit only.maybe they should tell the customers that they don’t refund if they don’t fit. Definitely not shopping at Rockmans what a joke…..worst shop ever….
