In 2 wash car care

Average service. Poor attention to detail.I have washed my car there 3 times in the last 2 months (inside and out). Each time after the wash, I find so many spots which are not clean, or missed out on vacuuming or dirt stains. Yesterday I washed my car there, after picking up 5 items that was not done properly, they fixed it. As I drove home, I noticed my windscreen had some dirt marks, but I had no time to turn around and get them to fix it.The owner and cashier are very unfriendly. They just need to smile or be courteous to their customers, and have more attention to detail, they will get a lot more repeat customers.

I was given a voucher for a Hand Wash at this place.Very happy with the results, my car was gleaming on the outside and spotless on the inside. They also have a lovely little cafe onsite so you can see them working whilst having a coffee.I also noticed their price list, pretty reasonable. I'd certainly go there again.

I love this place. It is well managed, however, I find the boys who wash your car are so well mannered and hospital to all your requests.They work so hard and have always given me a perfect result. Also the cafe is an addition to helping you relax for the time it takes to clean the car. I'm always greeted with a beautiful smile and a gentle mannerism.I've been going for foir years and I can't say a word wrong no matter who has run the var wash. I thank each one of the staff and appreciate the work they do in my car.Ingrid

Thought I would give this place another chance since it has changed ownerships, however like the last, this wash was also no good. It took over 30 minutes before they started to wash my car, an hour and 10 minutes in total to complete. Two cars that came in after mine were started and finished before mine. Multiple places missed, side mirror not washed at all on passenger side, dash not cleaned on one side, rubber mats high pressure cleaned then put back in the car soaking wet, internal rear window not cleaned. I chose the $50.00 wash (No.2) with the interior upgrade, so $60.00 overall. So, once again I will not be coming back. (Only reason 2 stars and not 1, the staff were at least pleasant)

I took my car for a wash & vacuum and when the guy noticed I was at the end of a book of vouchers he started with the hard sell. He pushed for me to upgrade the service I wanted on that day and to purchase another book of vouchers. I refused both so then he said I couldn't use my last voucher with out paying a bit extra. According to him my car was too dirty. It had a light film of dust as I live near a railway line. It was hardly caked on dirt from off road driving. I refused to pay extra and they refused to honour the voucher I had. I left in disgust, but now without noticing he then moved onto the next customer trying to do the hard sell on them. I will be complaining to consumer affairs over this lot.

Myself and my husband have been going to In2 Car Wash Bulleen for around a year since we moved in to the area. We buy a book of 5 vouchers and find the service to be good and the washes to be great value. The staff are friendly and hardworking and we love that we can drop the car off and walk our dog 5 minutes to Banksia off lead dog park. By the time the dog has had a good walk the car is clean and ready for collection so it works perfect for us :)

Bought a Groupon. Brought it there to wash and apparently it was so dirty it needed a wax and polish. Car was fine normal not overly dirty. Tried to upsell me for “discounted rate” of $55 which he thought I wouldn’t realise was only $5 off the full price of $60 and I had a Groupon for a wash inside and out of $43.50 for $28. So I would lose my $15.50 discount to gain a $5 one. Guy was rude, sneaky and will never go there again. Disgusting attitude for a business fresh out of covid. Plenty of other respectable people wanting to run a business that will appreciate my business. Will be contacting Groupon for a refund.Don’t give your money to businesses that try to rip you off.

The wash was good, however the vacuum was average. Not to mention they add an additional $10 to get the trim, dash and doors cleaned. All other places I have been to include those basic cleaning services as part of their packages. These guys though, lie by omission. They get you in and then price gouge. What bothered me most however, is how rude the people running it were. It seemed they were annoyed that my Dad and I had used Groupon. I don't understand why they would participate in the program if it bothers them so much!? Furthermore, the lady inside was sick and was sniffing every two seconds while she made our coffee. This in itself was quite worrying particularly during these Covid19 times. She then grabbed a bottle of honey, put it in her mouth and drank it straight. As my Dad and I were already feeling uneasy by the whole experience, she sat down and was watching her phone, sound and all. The professionalism was severely lacking and I can guarantee we will not be returning.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. I bought a $28 Groupon coupon this morning and went there. Then the owner upsold me waxing and extra interior clean for $20 extra. I usually wouldn't take the offer, but then I thought small businesses like these are struggling due to Covid, so I said ok. They finished the job in about half an hour, I was happy about the speed since I was in a hurry to go to a party, so I didn't check whether it was cleaned properly. Later I found out the car wasn't cleaned properly, lots of spots were missed outside and inside. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos before I cleaned the missed areas myself when I got home and wrote this review. Maybe it's my fault that I didn't check and just left, but I shouldn't have to. I've bought other car wash coupons from Groupon and never had this kind of issue.
