Just finished recording two songs with Samuel over the last day and a bit - and where to begin? The studio is spacious, with effectively three rooms to track in, great soundproofing (not a whisper from outside despite crazy winds), comfortable and just full of awesome mics.Sam himself is exactly what you want from an engineer - funny, patient, and knowledgeable. Open to suggestions, even when my lack of knowledge was pretty evident haha, and smart about the way he approaches every aspect of the recording process - even down to making me some lunch to get our heads out of mixing and refresh our ears.The location is super easy to get to, bout 20 mins from Hobart, and only a couple mins from the ocean if ya need a dip.10/10 would recommend, and will definitely be popping in to Elephant Ears again.Cheers Sam!
