One of the best places I’ve had my hair cut. Sol was so considerate of my requests and her attention to detail was very strong. They gave me a towel to cover my lap when washing my hair. Everyone there was very polite and efficient. The trainee that blow dried and washed my hair was very throughout. Very good service for the price and they had me in and out within the hour.

Kelly is great as I'm sure are the test of the team. They listen, have a clean environment and cut perfectly. Thanks so much Ribbon Hair. 10/10

Yuka is an amazing lash tech!! Been with her for almost 2 years, I highly recommend seeing Yuka, She works so fast and does a superb job! Also the prices are affordable, especially for the excellent service provided! I will be coming back often :)

Usually I never leave bad reviews but after receiving better hair colour experience recently, I felt the need to warn people about this salon. I went here a few months ago to get my hair dyed ash grey (first time dying my hair) and the next day it faded to a weird green colour which you can see in the photo. I went back and they were very nice and fixed the hair, it still didn't turn out that great but I accepted it. After washing once, the hair colour completely faded and I went back to my brown natural colour - which should not happen. I wash my hair with cool water and all the right products. The stylist did not bleach my hair enough, especially considering my hair is such a dark colour, this was their mistake. I went back again and they blamed me for washing it wrong and using products that I shouldn't be. Very unprofessional stylists in my opinion. I told them how nervous I was to dye my hair the first time and this is how it turned out. After getting my hair dyed a second time from a qualified stylist at a different salon, I know that my hair can look great and last a long time given that it is done correctly. I was gaslighted into thinking hair dye doesn't last longer than two weeks by these guys, absolutely ridiculous. Avoid.

See sample photo vs end result - enough said. Asked for the sides to be just a touch longer but same high fade. Even after multiple requests to better blend the high fade and cut the hair on top shorter at the back than the front, this is what I got. Been going to this place for a while, and always came up with some sort of excuse to come back, but was never really happy. This was the last straw

I visited this hair salon yesterday to get half a head of foils and a toner. I had honey blonde hair and I told the stylist I wanted the brassy tones out and a bit ashy but not too much. A ashier blonde is what I asked for. I was then left with a dark toner and blue and silver striped hair.When I asked why my hair was blue he told me to wash it out at home 4 times each day - did not offer any remedy at the salon, refund, or offer to fix it. He then tried to say it turned blue because hair picks up on different colours - this is not true that doesn’t make your hair blue.Having to pay $450 for blue hair and leaving me in emotional distress with no remorse and sympathy from the salon, I recommend no one to ever go to this salon.I am now left with the costs of going to other hair salons to fix the mess they created, and the emotional distress it put me under.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON they have no idea what they’re doing and don’t care about your hair!!!! Don’t even offer to refund or the very least fix the mess they created!

The worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life! Khai completely ruined my hair. I asked to cut the hair to the bottom of the chin but he cut it way too short, especially the back! My hair is as short as the cartoon character Dora now. Sooo sad….
