Leon and Ce Ce smash did an exceptional job on the repairs to my FPV and I couldn't be happier. They understand that some owners take great pride in their vehicles and the work completed on mine was outstanding.They took the time to inform you of what they were doing, how it should be done and were fussier than me on the final finish and ultimate presentation of the car!I'd have no hesitation recommending them to anyone who needs repairs done to any type of vehicle AAA+++

Worst experience! Definitely do not recommend. Like similar previous reviews, the car came out with more scratches than it went in with. Given this continues to happen shows they don't care and not doing anything to change it. Panels that were quoted to be re-sprayed, didn't get re-sprayed and a couple of panels that did get re-sprayed were left with just the black undercoat in some sections and not completed. The Quality Inspection team member from the insurance company came out the second time to make sure the job was completed properly and the panels with new scratches were repaired. On the first time I came in to collect the car, it was like watching the last minute of Master Chef... the workers were running around with final repairs, shouting out to each other, clapping hands to speed workers up and counting down the time. It was very evident the additional scratches are caused by cars crammed next to each other in the warehouse and staff rushing repairs and running between tight spaces with tools and equipment. Taking on too much work with not enough space or workers. Also had a mobile phone holder go missing during the repairs. Very disappointing overall. Lucky for me the insurance company was able to intervene for most of the problems.EDIT: After posting this review, received an abusive phone call from the owner and another lady, then the response written below to try and cover up RAA's attendance. RAA certainly attended the 2nd time to ensure everything was fixed properly and additional scratches repaired. Very poor responses from this company.

Had body repairs done on my WRX done in such short notice. I was told 1 week but they had it back to me in 3 days. They even went out of their way to cut and polish parts of my car which was badly fading. Competitive prices, friendly communication and just all around a good bunch of people

I had an accident in January and I had no idea what to do! The friendly office staff talked me through the whole process, and found the soonest availability to fit me with addition to getting my car fixed I also hired a loan car whilst my 2005 VW Golf was being fixed I was about to drive a car similar in size to lessen the stress of changing to a different car, and it was pristine inside whilst getting my car fixed they left a business card and business pen inside. An amazing service and would highly recommend as a repairer, as they are unlike other repairers trying to rip you off and lie about the price and then over charge. When fixing my car they found an additional crack in the plate protecting my engine and called me to let me know that they were happy to fix it or leave it as it wouldn’t affect the way the car functions or drives, keeping me up to date with the whole process and they were happy to take my calls when I had a questions.
