Monkey Minds

Lincoln made such amazing progress during his time at Monkey Minds. Jenna’s program, support and guidance helped Lincoln build confidence, challenge his abilities and prepare for the transition from childcare/kinder to prep. We watched Lincoln grow and mature in such a short period of time and he couldn’t wait to get back to class and see Jenna every week.

I am so thankful for Jenna and her business Monkey Minds. My children are so excited to visit her premises and the learning they achieve is amazing. I highly recommend anyone who has young children to look into her services especially busy mums who may need that extra help to prepare their little ones for kinder and school.

Starting our daughter at Monkey Minds' School Readiness Program was hands down one of the best decisions we've made for her. After a rocky Covid-affected kinder year, we felt she needed some extra support to really help her along her learning journey. The small group environment at Monkey Minds was perfect for her to practice her fine and gross motor skills, her listening skills and play skills. Jenna identified Anna's challenges and strengths, and worked with her interests to help her to gain the skills and confidence to make a strong start to school. Our daughter loved her time at Monkey Minds and we are excited to try some of the primary school aged programs later in the year.

Fantastic for pre school kids making the transition to school. Our daughter looks forward to the sessions with Jenna each week, and is always talking about Monkey Minds.

Monkey minds has been the best place for our son to get the help he has needed, the owner Jenna what can I say the most caring, compassionate person I have ever met. Jenna just wants the best for all the children and wants to all give her everything to everyone who comes into Monkey Minds.If you are looking for somewhere to go that is quiet and well run and an amazing facility then look no further then monkey minds.

Highly Recommend!We have twin boys aged 3 who are experiencing global development delays & sensory processing difficulties. We’ve been seeing Jenna for weekly sessions to improve their communication, engagement & overall development. I can whole heartedly say that in the short time we’ve been attending Monkey Minds we have seen a huge improvement with both our boys. Jenna is an absolute expert at what she does & has a way like no other. The boys are verbal but don’t often initiate conversation. Already they are referring to her by name & show excitement as soon as ‘Jenna & her Monkey’ are mentioned. Not only have we seen great results but as a Mum that has been faced with some challenging times of late she would have to be one of the only people that truly understands our boys, considers our situation with daily challenges & someone who I am able to confide in.So grateful for everything Monkey Minds has already given us. The new space in Dromana is amazing & we will be attending many more sessions xx

After attending 2 years of 4 year old kinder ( much of it missed due to covid) and almost 2 years of waiting for an OT after my sons ASD diagnosis I was really concerned about the areas he was struggling in, especially regulating his emotions and fine motor skills.I didn’t want him to fall behind in prep but didn’t know what I could do beyond working with his OT.I had never heard of school readiness programs until my sons OT had brought up monkey minds. After the first session with Jenna my son was ecstatic and loved it, especially after growing bored with kinder.I noticed a huge difference in him and his persistence with tasks that were a bit tricky and especially his pencil grip which he struggled with. He also attended the calm kids program and learnt a lot about zones of regulation and could easily explain to me how he was feeling and helped him identify what upset/frustrated him.Will definitely be back when my youngest son is in kinder!

Jenna is so warm and friendly and develops a great bond with the children which is makes it easier to leave my children in her care. The kids love going there and ha e learnt so much in just a term.Thank you
