I’m extremely happy with my property manager, Anne Huang. She’s very well organised and knowledgeable, and she stays ahead of everything. She’s great at communicating with us in regards to our properties, and she’s also great at communicating between us and the tenants.I would recommend her to anyone looking for someone to manage their properties.Thank you Anne for your excellent service.

WORST REAL ESTATE AGENTS EVER! I had to deal with Anna and she either has absolutely no idea what she is doing or the most ignorant, unhelpful and unprofessional agent I've ever come across.Only ever contacted us when she needed something and always gave a strict time frame ( usually 24 hours ), but whenever something needed to be fixed or even if I had a question, I'd have to wait days for a reply and have to take it upon myself to fix it.It has been 3 weeks now, my partner and I are still waiting for our bond because after we had cleaned the property twice over it was still not up to Anna's or the Landlords expectations when we had left it as clean as we could.I was shocked that they complained about a handprint on the door handle and minor marks on the walls which would come under ware & tear but trying to be nice we went back a third time and cleaned the marks again. Now that we've done everything Anna has asked us to do withing her 24 hour time frames, they are ignoring all of mine and my partners calls. I even tried calling their Directing Manager but it seems he left his phone number 1 number short for anyone who tries to call, now my partner and I have been forced to complain to the ACCC about Anna and Sahara.So if your thinking about going with Sahara, I would highly recommend you run away as fast as you can.

One of the worst real estate experience I have had, from rude, unprofessional and frustrating service by Sashi (where she kept insulting my wife and I) to unresponsiveness, incompetent Directors (Preet/ Vikas) who take little to no action to resolve problems. Ignored phone calls and messages for over a month. They took my money without consent and stopped responding to my phone calls when asked them about the specific clause related to it…..avoid at all costs. They do not know how to talk customers or manage properties and make life as hard as possible for clients.

Had a really great experience with Sahara. Very cooperative and excellent communication.Special thanks to Anna Huang who has been an amazing property manager always responding us promptly and very helpful.Highly recommend.

We viewed a lovely house in Melton south and were told we were successful in our application, we were advised we had 24 hours to make a decision however Anna became pushy and gave the house to someone else before the 24 hours had lapsed.Part of the lease agreement was that we would need to flea treat the house on departure, something that has not been included in any of my previous 5 years of leasing however I do understand why. We advised Anna that we were waiting to receive quotes from exterminators to ensure we could financial commit to carpet cleaning and flea treatment obligations.The service received here was pushy and sales focused and did not adhere to the 24 hour acceptance period promised.Be very careful as you will either be forced into a rushed decision or lose a house you may really like.Overall very disappointing and we won't be utilising their services in the future, if this is how they treat potential tenants I can only imagine how you are treated once you hand over the money.

Ever since even before becoming tenants Sahara have been wonderful!! From Anna helping us late at night to fill in the applications to OTHERS making sure all repairs are done in timely manners!! I'm so incredibly grateful for them and their professionalism and cannot stop raving about them! Thank you so much!! Also they helped us with our moving cost as owner sold house
