I want to thank all the other reviewers that have posted over the last few months. Your posts have validated the experience I just had and at first I thought I was the problem. I received no service from this pharmacy today! Walked in and explained to a young girl that I am suffering from a severe post nasal drip as a result of my allergies and choke and cough myself awake at night. I take 2 clarentines at night, I have a prescription nasal spray. The lady went back and told the pharmacist that I have Covid-19!He whispers to her to give me saline! Omg!??! Have you tried antehistamine she asks - but I literally just told her my whole story.I asked for an updated Ventolin puffer because mine expired and a cough syrup to reduce the choking. I left in tears being told to go to the doctor.I am so disappointed because I actually live in the building but now have to drive somewhere else to get my even my chronic meds because there is no such thing as treating the patient. Will never be back.

Really disappointed with their Webster pack service. Despite speaking personally to the pharmacist and sending an email to confirm my aunty's return home from respite...the Webster pack was still delivered to the respite home. So had to follow-up again. Don't believe it should require 3 contacts to get vital medicine delivered to the correct address!

5 stars for the assistants here esp Julia and Christine who are always really helpful. 1 star for the pharmacists who can be disorganized and very rude

The staff at Ramsay Highett are always kind and helpful..the male Pharmacist I dealt with today not so much! (I believe his name is Amos). I spend about $200+ a month in there on medications for myself, my son who has Autism plus I buy some of my skincare there and other items. I will now be taking all my scripts and purchasing my other items elsewhere. Such a shame as the previous Pharmacists were lovely. What an arrogant so and so!

Absolutely terrible customer service! Pharmacist did not care, ignored us when we walked in and didn't seem interested at all in what our requirements were. He was not helpful. I'd never go back. Good customer service goes a long way.

I had a good experience with Christina and the pharmacist Duy, however can see why people have reviewed the other pharmacist lower, there's no personability or empathy from him.

I am a local and require medicines for two severe and on-going physical issues. Today I was refused service by the pharmacist. I had a valid and full script. I shall never return to this chemist and advise others to never use them.

Staff are friendly and the location is convenient but the pharmacists are unhelpful and arrogant. I recommend for sunglasses and barley drops but go to Barts in Moorabbin or towards Southland if you have a script provided by someone with actual medical training.This pharmacy is a strong argument against the Guild’s competition restrictions.

Fine if you are just buying something off the shelf, but one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to in terms of getting prescription medications. They forget they are filling your script halfway through filling it, when you just handed it in and are literally standing there waiting for your medication. I once received the incorrect amount of an antibiotic because the pharmacist was unable to follow very simple directions from my doctor on the prescription. Some staff are lovely but several are quite rude.If you are able to get to another pharmacy I would recommend going elsewhere.

I’m an absolutely SHOCKED at the treatment I received today!! I wish I could leave ZERO STARS!!!I had very limited time and went in early the morning asking for a product that I use regularly.The female sales assistant (whom I had never met before) asked me what it was for.I replied that I don’t wish to answer that question as she is not the pharmacist and its personal.She then walked out the back without saying anything and I was kept waiting for about five minutes.Then a male pharmacist appeared and told me that its a pharmacy only medication so I need to answer the questions.I explained that it’s a medication I use regularly but I didn’t feel comfortable discussing my medical information publicly and I’ve never had to do that in any other pharmacy.I was then told would not be served because I was rude to his staff member.I explained again that I did not want to discuss my personal medical information in a public space and we went around in circles…By then two other customers had arrived and he told me I would have to wait until after all other people were served, then he could ask me the questions.When I said that I had been there first and I didn’t understand why I couldn’t have the product, I was in a hurry and I couldn’t wait, I was told that I would not be served at all.I asked him why and then he went to assist the lady behind me who shook her head told him to serve ME first.If it wasn’t for her I don’t know what would’ve happened.This pharmacist then took me into a private consulting room - with the door half open - and loudly asked me what I need the product for and where I was going to use it.I explained exactly where I was going to use it (I definitely shouldn’t have had to!!!) and why I didn’t want to discuss this in a public space and then I got a lecture about how they get up early in the morning to come to work and they don’t come to work to be abused.I asked why do you accuse me of being abuser when all I wanted to do was buy a product that I buy regularly and have never had an issue like this before? Not even in a busy place like chemist warehouse.I got a real dressing down and another lecture, told the assistant was a third year medical student.My reply was that makes no difference, she didn’t explain that, she’s not a qualified doctor and I was in a public space not wanting to discuss my private medical situation with a complete stranger.I also suggested that as a medical student she needs to develop a good bedside manner. Again I got accused of being abusive!I was deliberately kept waiting at least 20 minutes when he knew that I didn’t have the time to wait.So I missed the start of my daughter’s concert, which was obviously his aim from the beginning.Due to all of this I will never shop in this pharmacy ever again. We have been customers here since the early 2000s when the shop was on the other side of the railway line.I don’t know who this pharmacist is but I have never in my life been so humiliated or so badly treated!! Absolutely unbelievable… To react to me in that way, then accuse me of being abusive when it was actually HIM who was being so rude, aggressive and abusive himself.Total power trip.This is not how people behave in our community or in the greater area of Bayside. People are generally kind and friendly around here but I shall make sure that I tell people about this dreadful experience!!
