I recently visited the nail bar to ask for shellac to be removed from my medium length nails. It had only been on for one week.The machine was used to grind off the shellac, rather than wrapping the nails in acetone. The process was uncomfortable, catching the skin around my nailsAs a result over the past 10 days my nails have splintered and broken down on the nail bed. Some of my finger tips are covered to stop the nail breaking down further.I will never go back to this nail bar again.

Received a gift voucher from Gosford Nails. They wouldn’t honour it as it was past their 3 months rule (mine was 10 months old).I explained that gift vouchers by law have a minimum of 3 years. They said their rule was 3 months and wouldn’t honour it. Very disappointing

Nice clean salon. They are friendly and did a great job with SNS which lasted nearly 3 weeks. I would have liked to give 4.5 stars as it took a lot longer than it needed to. 2 people were juggling 3 clients.

Since finding this salon I am now an SNS convert. Ive tried other places but this is the BEST IN TOWN. I keep my nails natural for work and they last 2-3 weeks and always look amazing! If I get a chip or a break they will always fit me in to do a repair and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Love you guys.

They do great manicure and pedicure....if you are willing to wait at least 1hr before you get it done, no matter if you make an appointment or not. I've been here a few times and it is always the case, I end up waiting and waiting and waiting an so are all the other clients that have arrived with an appointment or just walk in

The booking system does not work I have been four times and always end up waiting over an hour and a half as they shuffle walkins and other appointments. They need more staff on otherwise everyone just ends up leaving. Not very happy. Not going back . NIce girls and great nails but their system takes way too long

One of the worst nail salon I've been!!!I have no idea why people give a good review if the service provided isn't good!Self-care is all about loving yourself, free your mind from any tension and boosting your mental health. So, taking the time to treat yourself with a manicure/pedicure can do wonders for stress levels.I was looking forward to have my nails done and I ended up very upset with such a horrible treatment and low quality job I had. I'm very disappointed and regreting to have been to this expensive place... such a poor treatment and very low quality in manicure & pedicure.Painting nails can really help our mental health by reminding us to take more time to perform self-care but their sevice shows no compassion it deserves. This nail salon has no understanding about customer service, they're rude by talking in different language, I felt very embarrassed the way They do it, it's like I wasn't there! They don't know anything about what self-care means to people's physical and mental health.No one deserves to pay so much for such a low quality in manicure&pedicure and poor treatment, I don't recommend this place to anyone.

The girls were fantastic from start to finish. I am from Sydney but came up to get my nails done for mothers day with my step mum who lives in Gosford. In Sydney when I get a full acrylic set with shellac my hands usually hurt for days after as they are rough. The girls were so gentle and overall had a different process to what I have been used to in the past but it was better than I expected! My nails don't hurt one bit and it feels so natural. The girls are quiet and caring so don't let that fool you into thinking they are rude, we had so many conversations with them after the barrier was broken and I loved the entire experience, they definitely aren't rude. Will definitely be making up the excuse to go on a road trip to get my nails done here with my step mum again. It was my step mums first time having a manicure and she loved it and was is so excited to ge them done again next month. And yes....we got matching sets :P
