Kate did her best to reduce my stress and achieved a great result.Living 254 kilometres away from where the property was being sold was stressful for me. Kate was prepared to check the property and even ensured the pool cleaning was done regularly so that I didn't have to worry about it. If something needed a quick tidy she fixed it. She had to liaise with multiple parties regarding the sale and did her best to get us a great result. She is kind, caring, thoughtful and committed to her job. She is definitely the best agent in the St Helens area.
