Australasian Homes has exceeded all expectations that I had. And what I loved most about working with them is they make sure to keep you in the loop all the time. Very friendly and professional team!

Biggest bunch of cowboys in the building industry. I'm surprised that their houses haven't fallen down they're that bad

Once you have paid your money, they do not want to know you. Build was okay now 2 years on, cracks appearing all over. They did an independant" engineering report. All put back on us. They offer no help to fix anything as out of 1 year contract . So poor as the 1st time we told them about problems was 1 year ago!!! Only now we get negative result and have to deal with it ourselves. Do not build with them. They don't give a stuff"

Karly Morris in the maintenance team is very helpful and goes the extra mile, always pleasant to deal with and nothing is too much trouble.

We have just finished building an investment property with Australasian Homes and have had a poor experience with them. They went over the contracted time to build the property, put in a number of EOT's that we felt were their responsibility and now are refusing to fix defects. Has just felt like a constant fight.

Australasian Homes is building a house next door to us. We have been trying to get a fence sorted for over 6 months. I have made phone call after phone call, I've tried contacting them through their website. I've sent emails. I've even got the phone number of the site foreman off one of the tradies. No one will get back to me. I'm beyond frustrated. Maybe this might get their attention. The house being built is in Curlew Court, Branyan 4670

Just been informed the “FIXED PRICE” contract signed for an inclusive package on the Indigo Blue site at Kawangan 4655, has now increased by $40k!!! Not to mention the greedy land developers who have been holding land contracts for several months, have increased the land price by $17k!!! How is this allowed and how can they get away with this. I won’t be taking this. FIXED PRICE!! Material price increases should have been factored in. Shame on AH

We are living in a brand new build from this company, based on the quality of the build and the number of tradesmen we've had to get in to fix things which were never done properly or at all, I would not recommend building with them.1. The Ethernet connection from the garage to the house wasn't functional, at all.2. The TV antenna wasn't working.3. The hot water only services the kitchen, the bathrooms and laundry are without any hot water, we've been having cold showers for over a month and still nobody cares enough to come and fix this.4. The side access gate fell off and had to be repaired, twice.5. Kitchen bench was cracked and scratched before we moved in.6. Blobs of grout on and around bathroom tiles.7. Noticeable patches in paintwork.8. En-suite extraction fan seems to be only for looks, it does not extract the steam (when the hot water WAS working)9. All the carpet areas have nail strips poking up where they meet the tiled areas, so you get punctures in your feet if you happen to stand on them, which is often.10. Tiled area at the front patio was broken before we moved in, there isn't enough glue under the tiles so they have broken along the edge.As of now, most issues have been resolved, however as the tiled area in front of the house was poorly constructed and broken in the moving-in process by the movers trolley, I will not be held liable for it's damage due to manufacturing flaws in substructure.
