You hear the expression Master Craftsman bandied about these days by anyone who can hammer a nail or tighten a nut. Occasionally you meet someone who deserves the phrase, but you rarely hear them boasting or talking about themselves in those terms. Andrew is one of those. He not only did an excellent job with my bathroom, but he was also always on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and nothing was too much trouble. At the beginning, he had finished preparing the framework for the bath (it was being built into a stepped, tiled box) when I realised my wife who is quite short, may have trouble climbing in. He didn’t miss a beat and the next day the frame had been changed to make sure she would have no trouble. His tiler, Vince was the same and as I was due to leave for an overseas trip, he came in on the weekend to make sure the job was finished on time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend either of them and definitely intend to use them again.

Andrew did an amazing job of fully renovating both our ensuite and bathroom. Pricing was great and well within what we thought it would be. The whole process was easy from start to finish. Would definitely use Andrew for any future renovation projects.

Andrew built, Installed, and painted a Pergola, added colour bond Roofing and guttering, also fixed outdoor cafe blinds, removed all rubbish. I have used Andrew's services previously, I find Andrew very friendly and always up front not only on costings but also what is feasible, I have never had any issues or need for call back with Andrew's work and wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

We used Andrew of Top Quality to repair (completely rip up and re do) an upstairs leaking double shower base. His work and that of his tiler was fantastic. Really went the extra mile regarding water proofing - you could tell they wanted the job to be of the highest quality and were also willing to add in little extras as required. As luck would have it, a hot water system we’d had for 18 years died whilst having these repairs done and Andrew was able to install a new one easily and quickly which was an added bonus (and good timing!). Andrew’s goal was to leave and make it look as though he’d never been here (with repairs done obviously). We’re certainly happy with his work and would recommend him to others, as he was recommended to us.

Top Quality Plumbing just finished a laundry renovation for us. I would not hesitate to use them again. I think he's learned his lesson after stuffing up my daughter's kitchen and cheating her out of a paint agreement. My daughter refused to contact consumer affairs because she was concerned for the impact on his family so she keeps saying his work is fantastic and recommends him. Well, it was not and it's all coming apart. You Should be ashamed of yourself. I decided to write because my daughter is a good, fair, and caring person and not fair his getting away with it. I recently had my bathroom and laundry renovated by Top Quality Plumbing.It was a complete redesign which proved to be a very detailed and messy job.
