Bar Staff are lovely. Security team leaves a lot to be desired. They should discover a better way of approaching someone just standing at the bar instead of 'What is your f****** problem'. In all the places in the world I've travelled by far the WORST Security service I have ever seen. Absolute disgrace to your establishment. Will be sure to tell everyone just what to expect from here. Excessive Force charges are being investigated......

All the bad reviews from locals and the blatant disregard the owner has to responding to them shows you he doesn't care about the Gladstone community. Tourists stay away!
