I really tried to love this place, I went 3 times. I had already had a terrible experience at rainbow nails in stocklands so the bar was set so low… the first visit was great, I had a lovely girl who did a great job. The second wasn’t great. Staff was snappy and almost rude, not patient or chatty or friendly like everyone seems to say. The third time was the worst, I booked an appointment for 2 people and they made us wait for 15 minutes, after which one person did both our nails. He filed only one of my hands so I had to ask him to do the other one as 3 of my nails had broken off… the polish kept separating and he just soldiered on and ignored it. Then at the end they charged me $10 more than the previous two times because I had asked for a “manicure”, so basically I paid an extra $10 for the guy to cut my cuticles?? Cool. Also my polish chipped within like 3 days. I think I might just buy a kit to do at home and save myself the headache.

Lavish is a fabulous place for all your beauty and hair needs. I have been going there for many years now and I am always looked after and pampered. My hair colour and cut are always spot on. I cannot fault this place. I can have my hair done and nails in one place which is so convenient. Love them ❤️

this place was incredible quick efficient and so relaxing probably one of the best salon's I have been to I had gotten a sa pedicure wich was amazing and acrylic french tips and they look amazing thankyou so much

They didn’t honour the price at booking. And by the look of it they didn’t tint my lashes. Very disappointed.felt cheated!

In Australia, we are used to being treated well as a customer. However, I never expect these from most nail salon staffs. The behaviour of staff was actually much more worse than I expected. Because of the rude vibe I got, I was extremely hesitant to ask for what I wanted. Whenever I get my nails done, it's expected that somewhere in the process it gets painful. But this time, the whole process was painful. I just kept on thinking, I am never going back to any nail salons ever again. I better learn it myself and do it in a more relaxed and careful manner. However, the good part was staff took time to do my nails and end result was good. But again, couple hours later it's hurting around my nails a lot which has never happended before and therefore it's concerning.
