I received great service from two gentlemen who diagnosed my headlight issue and fixed it for me. They also went the extra mile when helping with some other problems. You will have my business again in the future.

The products, prices and huge stock to find other items that I needed PLUS the team members skills and attitude at this store makes it the one to shop at.

Should rename this place to super kindergarten.Went there last week to get a matching colour paint for my wheel arches. It literally took 45min just to make the paint instead of 15min. Didn’t seem to annoy Shakira to make a customer waiting while she just having a yarn with the crew and also other customers instead of making me the paint.In the end, turned out that paint was useless and not properly made so it was useless as seen on the photo. So I have wasted so far 3 days of my life prepping and fixing my wheels arches because of an amateur work. Next time I’ll get it done by a real professionnel.Went to inquire the issue to what looks like a manager but was useless. All I got is my money back. When I told the story about her worker (which is also her workmate) he just giggle at me… for a real professional matter. As seen that sort of $2 managers needs some serious education and training to get to that proper managing stage.Will not be back, I’d rather get my business to real pros like repco or autobarn.This will be not be the end of the story.

Been there 2 time in a week, every time I asked help the stuff looked very annoyed and one of them was very rude and increasing his voice. Very BAD customer service ( of course no everyone is the same I'm sure problably I picked the wrong one and I even see his name but I LL not mention it for respect but please put a smile in your face you made me feel very uncomfortable to be there !

Shakira helped me select the right security cameras to assist in being alerted when my disabled sister awakes during the night as she is a falls risk. Shakira took the time to help me select the right combination of products and it's working wonderfully. Thank you so much Shakira.
