Not even transparency enough to every home owners of what services they are actually doing and failed to send all the notifications to individuals before increasing the amount of fees. Failed of fixing what we actual needed and added unnecessary costs to the home owners. Don’t go to this strata company.They will rip you off with zero effort they put in

Strata Manager, Mark Amar, who is ably supported by Rebecca Triulcio, has been our strata manager for in excess of six years. As Presiding Officer for the Community Corporation of 80 plus apartment, I have had nothing but excellent co-operation and timely communication with Mark and Rebecca.I find Mark is very knowledgeable in strata management matters and is diligent in following up matters that the Corporation need advice on.

Amazing people, service and always willing to assist. I have several other properties Managed by different Strata Companies, these guys are by far the best that I've dealt with. They are quick to respond and nothing is too much. They will assist above and beyond your expectations.Special callout for our Strata Manager and her assistant, you know who you are and you're both amazing. Thanks again you make the job of being a P.O. easy.

Staggeringly useless. Both Mark Greening and Michelle Pearce were breathtakingly incompetent, negligent and down right rude. The mess the have created is still coming to light - avoid at all costs. The best thing we did was to cease using strata data and move companies.

Excellent people when issuing a bill. If you have any issues, good luck, especially with noisy and disrespectful neighbors. You will be moving out from your own house.
