Shell petrol stations lately have become more expensive even compared to their major competitors like BP. Most of the times, they are expensive even after using the Coles discount voucher. But the main thing is Thar they have quality fuel

Saw that the closing time was 10pm on Wed 7 August. Showed up at 9:45pm and got oit and the lady at the register did a loudspeaker announcement saying they were closed. 15 minutes earlier than advertised/supposed to be closed. I presume it is a staff issue with staff leaving early but really inconvenient for us because we have a fuel card and can only use certain service stations. Not impressed

Filled up at pump 4 and when checking to see how much it cost the pump screen was back at zero so I had to take the word of the attendant how much fuel I took and what the price was.I have a receipt, but is it right.Makes me nervous about going back there.

I’m 16 and I went in to pump petrol and this guy was so rude he was questioning me about it. You’re not allowed to pump petrol and when I got home I rang him up and told him the laws are you’re allowed to pump petrol at 16 and he was being so rude and denying it saying he didn’t say anything about my age when he did. There’s this other girl that normally comes in and she’s so nice doesn’t say anything about it one bad review for this place he doesn’t respect kids please fire him he doesn’t belong there

Went in to pay for fuel which was fine but saw some chocolates marked down to a dollar each. They had stickers on them and when I paid and they were scanned the stickers were suddenly gone and they were charged at full price. I pointed it out and she corrected it bit the staff attempted to rip me off. Be wary, it was only 5 bucks but I'd hate to see a kid get ripped off.
