This is our first visit with Raymond but he arrived promptly with SMS updates and listened to my concerns (and treated areas accordingly). Excellent customer service and I learnt a few things in the process. Great pricing and happy to support little and local. Would recommend Control Pest Management Brisbane.

I had booked a German Cockroach treatment online and was matched up with Raymond from the Brisbane Pest Control Management team. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He not only completed the treatment, he was thorough and ensured I understood what was happening, the products he was using and what they meant for me and my family and pets. He ensured the well-being of my pets prior to beginning and was just overall an absolute delight to deal with. I am now booking my follow up treatment and will be booking a yearly appointment with him aswell. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would!

Fantastic service, Raymond and his wife did an amazing job. Very helpful, fast and reliable. I had a few concerns about some wasps and ants that had made themselves at home. Raymond explained everything to me and then proceeded to get of them. 100% recommend! Thank you!

Raymond was fantastic, arrived on time and was very friendly. He was clearly very knowledgeable and keen to make sure our house was protected in every possible way. He used his thermal camera to allay my fears about potential termites in a bathroom wall. I felt like I was in very good hands and would recommend to anybody.

Punctual, professional and really thorough he explained what he was doing at every step and even showed me what the thermal imaging was looking for for termite signs.
