Super friendly staff, nice cozy environment, the food is delicious and generously proportioned, ordered the nourish bowl, thought it may not be enough based on my experience of the dish at other cafes, so added an scrambled egg, but the dish turns out to be huuuge and I couldn’t even finish the nourish bowl alone, shouldn’t have ordered the extra egg. The one point deducted is due to its price, one nourish bowl + extra egg + soy latte set me back high $30s…

All Things Equal Cafe
Dined in at All Things Equal for the first time, this week.My breakfast of the Chilli Scramble was beautifully presented and delicious. Perfect amount of chilli, in very fluffy and buttery eggs. Coffee was also spot on and I am a hard to please coffee drinker. We received excellent service from our waiter, Sam, and the whole cafe gave off a great vibe. Can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!!!

Such a great place for coffee and brunch. The staff are so genuine, lovely and attentive. Love Jess and the team. Not only do they have a great purpose but the food is also amazing and healthy. I ordered the eggs Benedict and it was possibly the best potato rosti I've ever had.

‘We are all different and we are all equal’A cafe that’s different than the rest and a cafe worth visiting. All Things Equal is a cafe that provides purposeful employment for people with and without disability. What a beautiful concept which we really need to see more of.A lovely menu and a wonderful spread, we shared the Atlantic, salmon benny, French Toast and the nourishing bowl. Each dish looked and tasted wonderful, coffee was spot on too!

Took my mum there for lunch. We both found it to be one of the best kosher places in Melbourne, and the fact that it’s a social enterprise is the cherry on top. Very highly recommend getting the Matcha Crêpe Cake with Chantilly cream, if you see it there.

Have frequented Balaclava for ages but never realised this cafe was a social enterprise. Such a great initiative and the coffee was some of the best I've had in Carlisle St. Will definitely be back to try the food.
