I would definitely use this company again. The trainer was very enthusiastic . The flow of what he taught was great and in a manner I hadn’t come across before . Very effective! I think I retained more information this time using this company than I had every before in my 15 years of having to update my first aid. Well done to the team will use again! Highly highly recommended!

Doing the CPR refresher course was just as hands on and interactive as the original course 2 years ago. The instructor was very informative, relatable, entertaining and patient. A fun way to learn some very valuable life-saving skills.

Professional organisation and the trainer was the best first aid trainer that I have come across (Nick Green) in the 4 courses I've personally done in 15 years.His diverse knowledge,. ability to engage, professionalism and enthusiasm for delivering First Aid training and other courses was first class!!!

I really appreciated all informative content and friendly staff/instructor in here at First Aid Management & Training Centre Pty Ltd -forest hill. I have already been here twice, first time I went there for attending one day first aid course. The parking area are sufficient and near to the shops, cafes and shops for purchasing food for lunch if need attending one day courses. The room was tidy and cafe area were in great condition and organised. All needed working papers, materials and equipment were perfectly performed for us. So I decided to go back to this place again for updating my CPR component after one year. Highly recommended!

Recently completed Emergency Response Coordination training for Sons football team/club. I found trainer Chris very easy to follow and enjoyed the practical training that left me feeling confidant in my knowledge and capabilities to perform my role. Chris also had a group of strangers working together as a team before the end of the session.

Volunteered as Trainer for my child's AFL team and needed to get first aid training. This place provided comprehensive information and training with great tutors in both theory and hands on practice. Lots of parking, easy booking and helpful staff.
