poor customer service the owner very rude once you pay the money they don't know you and no return policy i think they don't accept the product if it's faulty.

Not happy at all. Purchased an 11W globe which should last over 6000 hours or more (7 days is 168 hours), it lasted about 500 hours. I went into the store to complain about the quality of the product and the person stated that they only offered 7 days warranty. How can that work for this type of globe? Obviously there was a fault but I was told it was a customer fault over and over... Anyway, I would not return to this store as warranty is not genuine, even though we are covered under Australian Consumer Law, which I would not want to get into with this store, it simply was not worth it.
