I had an IPL facial 'rejuvenation' treatment at this salon and it was an absolute disaster. The woman who did the treatment was clearly ill trained and decided to increase the settings which she assured me was normal for removing g sun spots. I was severely burned and have since lost a lot of facial fat. My face and neck have become wrinkled and saggy. Previously my skin was in great condition and I only had a couple of fine lines around my eyes. I have aged drastically and I send this as a warning to anyone considering IPL. Choose a knowledgeable clinic but preferably stay away from IPL. At high settings it causes thermal injury to the dermal layer and irreparable damage.

Not very happy with the set of hybrid" eyelashes that I had done. They didn't look any different to the set of classics that I had previously and also the ends didn't look completed at all. I paid extra for something that I would've thought would've looked different however it looks nothing more than a set of classics. I was also charged extra than what the website said for $180 (hybrids) and was charged $200.Not happy with the response I got from the girl to help solve this defintely not going back again. Such a waste of money and time."

Just had my first eye lash lift (to stop them curling inward). Such great service, really informative and a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely book in again
