I went to Green Acre store to purchase a laptop, the one I selected wasn't in the stock so I agreed to take the display model and the sales guy who was helping me offered a $50/- discount on the displayed price because it was a display model with no box etc.. He informed the at the billing counter and left saying they will contact me once the IT resets the laptop and ready to pickup. Now, the guy who did the billing charged me the display price and said I'll get $50 as flybuys money and I have to redeem after. That money never came to my flybuys.

My first experience with Mahdi in the printing section was a joke. His intial approach and response was the vibe that my softcopy wasn't the right size and therefore couldn't come on the banner. He also told me the pick up will be next day. Zero customer service skills. Abrupt response and walk off.After adjusting the banner size on the soft copy the girls in the printing section fantastically assisted me and printed the banner the within half an hour which was supposed to be Mahdi's next day. For the girls I have a five star but one star of my initial customer service experience.

Was waiting at the printing station, already sent the email to print and the employees were idly chatting to each other, while we were waiting for over 5 mins for no reason whatsoever. Every time we asked if it was possible to help us they replied with 1 second. One of the worst customer service at any office works EVER!

The printing department in this store is a joke. I've tried several times to print item here and each time have given up. I just stood waiting in line for 20 mins to be served - one staff member asked another if he was serving me. He said no, first staff member walked away anyway. So I walked out.

I bought a pixel 7a on 22nd of May and found front camera taking pictures darker, look bright on screen but taking pictures it getting dark straight a way, on 24 th of May, I went to the store for this issue and talk to Manager Denny, he said the product like this, he can't do anything, then I said as it's faulty, I want exchange,as I bought it just 2 days before, he refused, then I called crime stopper and accp Australia to solve thos issues, wait ing for their response , never had this kind of behavior in Australia that I received from managerDanny today

Big store and nicely place things for customers. I felt the team members are not trained properly to attain customers as quickly as possible. I had to wait 5 minutes get serve while they were only one customer before me. The team members were not noticed or had any rush to catch the next customer. However they were minimum 10 team members were working at that point of time.

Had an issue with an item I purchased for my son and was very upset, went into greenacre store and spoke with the manager Fabian. If it weren't for him I would never be coming back to officeworks he resolved my issue on the spot and was absolutely amazing. I will be letting my 500k followers online know about how awesome my experience was with him today. Please reward this man!!!

I was there to inquire about laptops . After I selected some product to buy one of them then I called two young female staff near the cashier because I couldn't see anyone next to the laptops section .They advised me that someone will be with you shortly ,then they started chatting to each other and no one come to assist me until I had enough then I depart the store.

Terrible service. They only have 2 workers at the print copy and create counter waited in the line for over a hr to get a photo printed. Please get this service fixed unbelievable.
